To Prague (Czech Republic / European Union) it took 7 days since I have order MO...

...and then transport between Prague airport and Prague Center took another 7 days because of the Czech Post and bureaucracy in European Union;)

(So shipping from U.S. and clearing of MO through EU customs took together 2 weeks.)

It took 10 days to The Netherlands. If customs hadn't kept my ocarina's for 2 days it would be just over a week.

I have had recent contact with them. When I sent an email to that address I got a response right away. I would try sending them another email in case they missed it. My Ocarinas were shipped last Thursday and I await them with excitement.

Well for some reason it now costs twenty dollars at Canada Customs to bring in a package worth less than 100 dollars. I don't have the twenty dollars I had to save up to get the original order money.

Back to the Company it goes

 Huh

I got my Mountain Ocarinas! It took 8 business days to get here. Two weekends brought the total up to twelve. Pretty good considering Canada customs held on to the package for three days. You will be charged gst on your goods coming in to Canada so be ready for a customs charge when you get your package. Still worth it in my book!

I recall mine not taking too long. I don't remember exactly though I'm pretty sure it was less than 3 weeks.
