I don't think its possible. Putting one inside would change the internal volume of the chamber and change the sound. If you put one on the outside while possible, it would probably be overdriven that close to the fipple and you would get popping and other distortion. There are fixes but you would have to play with it for awhile. Just from what I have read in the forum so far.
