http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dOEvnE4pdfc

Thanks!

Dave

Ok a follow up addition to it: I have contacted Almaritno and he emailed me the sheet music, I have received his permission to convert it to tabs I'll convert it to number tab and with his permission post it.

He just said:
yes, you have my permission!
Sign on " Music by Almartino    www.almartino.it  "
Thanks!
Al

Is that cool with MO?

Dave

Ok I've converted it to number tab I'll try to get it posted soon, I wish the MO tab generator took number tab somehow.

It's from the Peer Gynt Suite, by Edvard Grieg.  The whole enchilada is well worth listening to, if you get the chance.

I couldn't think of an elegant way to play that theme on the ocarina.  The second part needs to go up to F# and G.  Like you, I can play a version of it on the piano...but I don't really play piano, so I can hardly play anything else on it.

Hmmm...I just thought of a way that might work on ocarina, without mangling it too much.  Let me see if I can work out the ABC and post it.  There should be no problem with that one.

ubi

edit: I tried it, and I'm not convinced it works....

Okay, by ''The whole enchilada'' do you mean the whole thing? like all the songs... i'll see if i can find it... youtube is probaly good
edit: As you have been playing instruments for along time... do you find that you learn alot without someone telling you.. because i find myself teaching myself from just playing instruments.. i mean like improvising etc

Pink Panthers theme song.
This is not in the public domain.  Sorry.  Anyway, it's pretty tough on the ocarina- it doesn't fit very well within the ocarina's range.

I would like to play the whole "concerning hobbits" not just the beginning. Im not sure if it is possible on my C, but I would like to play like DocJazz on his 12 hole soprano.
