I would love to see Joy by Apollo 100, based on Jesu, Joy of Man's Desiring, by Johann Sebastian Bach. Considering when he wrote it, I'm pretty sure it's public domain now <grin>.  Thanks,

Seeing as how we've just passed the Christmas season, I've been listening to Mannheim Steamroller. They do a totally cool version of Pat a Pan (a 17th century French Christmas carol) on the flute. It would sound amazing on the G ocarina, but I'm having trouble figuring it out. Request!

"Dust in the Wind"

its an all time favorite.  Ubizmo's version is really awesome: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qVEu7HbIgvM

but if anyone has the basic notes for it I could improvise on my own.  thanks

Thank you a lot for the work you're doing here!

I can't read music at all and these picture sheets are a dream for my. Now I can enjoy playing my ocarina without knowing nothing about music. Thank you again!

But, If someone here would realize my deepest dream ... Can I ask for the Kung Fu TV series picture sheet for MO?
Note: I searched at the forums and I don't found anything about this classic.

Have a look at: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RRfmUkixEEs

I saw this TV serie when I was a kid and I whised all my life to play this "flute" song in the middle of the forest like "David Carradine" does in the movie.

I think it will be a good song for ocarina, like some other classics like OST from Spaguetti Westerns.

All the whistles in the Enio Morricone compositions are claiming for an ocarina version.

Look at Curro Savoy
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JxLO2rpyyqU

Maybe we can't whistle like him, but we can use our MO to feel the music.

If these songs aren't public domain I apologize, I don't know what is public domain and what not.

Well, maybe I overlooked it if it's there, but has someone made tabs for the song I folletti di Cetrella? I was debating somewhat on MO's, and seeing that vid of that guy on youtube playing it, for sure, solidified my decision in a MO. ^.=.^ However, I can't seem to find it. Playing by ear is a tad difficult for this song it seems too.

Hi all, could someone make a tab for super mario theme? I've seen a lot of people asking for it on the forum, and I would like to be able to play it as well. I could make the tabs myself if you would be so kind to give me the notes and the name of the program that's been used to tab the songs....

I would also like cantina band from starwars, I think that would sounds awesome on a ocarina

Good evening,

I am struggling to try an improvised version of "Faith of the Heart" by Russell Watson. If anyone has progressed sheetmusic or tabs on a M.O. for this very inspirational piece, please share.

Brightly,
KCP

*pokes previous post*

Pat a Pan would still be amazing!  Grin
Also, I just found a video for the tin whistle playing "The Spanish Lady." It would sound wonderful on the ocarina (hint, hint)!
