First off you don't need to post the same message 3 times that is considered spamming on most message boards.

As for playing the high notes.  It takes time and practice. I suggest that you start playing the full range of your MO from to lowest to highest.  That will help you to learn how much breath it takes for each note.  It is boring to do that and annoying to listen to , but that is one of the basics of any wind instrument.  Try that a few times every time you pick your MO then try the lessons.  After a few days you will notice an improvement and in a few weeks it will be second nature to you.
