To post a youtube video, you will need the youtube id. If you go to a youtube video, the url will look something like this:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_uRSmJkbycMthe
_uRSmJkbycM is the youtube id that you need.
Just enter the following to embed a youtube video:
note the youtube id between the youtube tags.
