Hello all,

on Karl's unreleased CD, my favourite song is Cumberland Crew. So I decided to do the score of Karl's version. Karl kindly accepted, controlled it, and gave me the original version to release along with his, so that you can see what's in the original, and what are Karl's additions.

So here you are, the scores' PDF are attached to this message. Enjoy!

That's also my favorite, and if only one tune from that collection were to be Youtubed with a nice slide show, that would be the one.  Like "Greensleeves Variations," this performance really showcases the MO.

Cumberland Crew is my favorite too. I were wondering why there were no scores for it. Not in the 300 Celtic Folksongs book (which has all the other songs from the Mountain Myst CD) or in one of the email ocarina course lessons. I were about to ask about it but seems that Laurent beat me to it. Smiley

Thank you for Laurent and Karl for the scores!

And yay for using Lilypond. It is teh awesome.

Thanks for these, learning to play this song now while also learning to play by scores :p

Edit:
It's easier for newbies to follow the song if you play it back more slowly.
Fetch the mp3 from here and play it back with VLC media player.
The player has speed controls so you can slow it down as needed Smiley
